Practical Habits to Stay Agile and Keep Growing

Simple actions that help teams move forward with confidence

Each week, we bring you practical insights from our SAFe community. This week’s tips come from Fatemeh Saberi and focus on staying adaptable, learning continuously, and building habits that support success.

Tip of the Week

1. Keep it simple and take action Do not overthink it. Be brave to experiment, fail fast, and learn from it. This mindset helps teams navigate challenges smoothly while staying agile and confident.
2. Use the SAFe Big Picture as your guide A resource I always recommend is the SAFe Big Picture on the Scaled Agile website. It clearly shows how everything connects, making it easier to learn, teach, and apply SAFe effectively.
3. Start your day with intention My go to productivity ritual is an early morning walk in nature. It clears my mind, boosts my energy, and helps me start the day focused and ready.
4. Stay connected to keep learning I stay current by being active in the SAFe community. I read articles, explore updates, and join webinars and roundtables. I also share my own experiences, which helps me keep learning alongside others.
