Each week inside SAFe Connect, a community member shares a practical insight that helps teams navigate the realities of Agile at scale. This week’s tips come from Akash Mohanta, whose experience leading enterprise transformations highlights the power of simple habits and data driven thinking.

1. Use data driven metrics to guide change.
Take data driven metrics to help train and coach people, simplify processes, and drive meaningful change.
Metrics can help teams understand where they are today and what improvements will actually move the needle.
2. Break work into small, focused intervals.
My productivity hack is to break down work and concentrate for 15 minutes at a time while simplifying thoughts in a notebook.
Short bursts of focused work can make complex problems easier to untangle and prevent teams from feeling overwhelmed.
3. Simplify processes so teams can move forward.
Sometimes the biggest improvements come from removing unnecessary complexity. Simplifying processes and focusing on clear outcomes can help teams navigate large scale work more smoothly.
