Before introducing roles, events, or artifacts, make the system visible. Ask questions such as: • Where does work get stuck • Who decides and who carries the consequences • Which constraints are structural and which are cultural

SAFe works best as a diagnostic lens that is tailored thoughtfully. In complex settings, clarity beats ritual. Agile is dynamic, and remembering that often speeds up progress more than adding another event.

Tip 2: A simple rhythm that keeps her productive

Nicole uses a traveling to do list and chooses tasks based on what fits the moment. Not forcing productivity helps her stay effective, even under pressure.

Tip 3: A perspective that continues to guide her
